PHP, PHP/MySQL, JavaScript and AJAX Demos and Tutorials

If you're a geek who lives code 24/7, this section isn't for you, although you're welcome to look around, snicker under your breath, email me with corrections and improve my site stats (the latter two greatly appreciated).

However, if you …

  • consider yourself more of a web designer or business person, but would like to learn some practical coding;
  • would like to get started with JavaScript or PHP but don't know where to begin;
  • have tried to learn from tutorials or code comments and scratched your head at the geekspeak

… stick around. The goal of this section is to translate JavaScript and PHP concepts into explanations that makes sense to non-coders and visual thinkers.

Delusions of grandeur? I hope not. The web is full of talented developers, any one of whom knows more about some aspect of the web than I do. What I do know, I'd like to share in a way that people who haven't spent the last decade head-down in the bowels of the 'net can understand.
